Harmony Papillons

I consider myself lucky to have been able to acquire some beautiful and well-bred Papillons to use as the foundation for my breeding program.  I am so very grateful to the breeders over the years who have entrusted me with their wondrous creations and who have shared so freely of their knowledge.  The dogs below represent both the beginnings as well as the foundation of Harmony Papillons and without them, I would not be where I am today.  They are near and dear and are thought of often.

At right is Am/Can CH Luxxor Denzel Star Of Wonder, aka "Fiat", by CH Loteki Star Trek Of Kasway ex CH Luxxor Touch Of Mystery, CD, a CH Kvar Red Wings daughter.  Fiat was originally acquired for a short lease agreement, but found her way back to Harmony when Luxxor Papillons was disbanded.  She was born in Jan 1986 and enjoyed her retirement with Ruth Brisendine in San Antonio until her death in the fall of 2001.
 

Fiat is the dam of my first homebred champion and foundation brood bitch, CH Harmony's Luxxor Serenade DOM, pictured below left.  "Harmony" was born in Nov 1991 and was awarded the Papillon Club of America Dam of Merit Award in 1999.  She is the dam of five Champion offspring out of three litters totaling 6 puppies.

Her first litter by BIS/BISS CH Denzel Say The Magic Word produced two bitches, CH Harmony's Magic Moment and CH Harmony's Put A Spell On You.

Her second litter by BIS/BISS CH Denzel Loteki Crown Prince produced a Group Winning dog, CH Harmony's Rocket Man and a bitch, CH Harmony's Candle In The Wind.

Her third and final litter by the Group Winning CH Denzel Speak Up At Wildways included CH Harmony Turn Up The Music.
 

Harmony was diagnosed in February of 2000 with a bizarre auto-immune disorder called SARDS (Sudden Acquired Retinal Degeneration Syndrome) which left her completely blind within two weeks and attacked her organ systems at random.  She passed away May 11, 2001 after repeated efforts to regain proper kidney function for her failed.  We miss her everyday.
 

Pictured at right is Denzel Testarossa.  "Tess" was acquired from Tracy Burdick of Denzel Papillons and quickly proved to be quite a treasure!!  She is a daughter of CH Denzel Say The Magic Word out of Denzel Pink Cadillac, a Star Trek daughter.  She is the dam of CH Denzel The Great Garbo, CH Denzel the Great Bogart and CH Harmony Strike Up The Band.  She is the cherished pet of Alice Mason of Kerrville, TX. 
 
 

Denzel The Bear Essentials.  "Tillie" came to Harmony also from Denzel Papillons with a champion daughter and an obedience/agility titled son to her credit.  She is by CH North Starr Mystic Bear Facts CD ex Denzel The Cat's Meow.  While here at Harmony, she produced CH Harmony's Bear Necessities, CH Harmony's Speak In Riddles and Harmony Denzel Prima Donna.  She is the pampered pet of Cora and Jim Farley of Lampapas, TX.
