The people behind Harmony
Papillons....
At the helm.....but hardly in charge, meet Karen and Tom Turner!! We are pictured just prior to a recent palomino club trail ride. I am on Carly, our Missouri Fox Trotter, who is due in April for a palomino foal and Tom is on Taboo, his ornery Quarter Horse mare. We also have Reba, a palomino QH mare, whom I let the club prez ride! We live on 5 wonderful acres in a quiet, horsey subdivision SE of San Antonio near Floresville, Texas. We both work for Floresville ISD as teachers. I teach high school Pre-AP and AP Biology and Tom teaches middle school language arts. We have no human children so instead indulge and spoil our four-legged ones! Besides the Papillons and the horses, we have an elderly Smooth Collie, and two house cats, a crazy Abyssinian named Bogie and a lazy black and white short hair named Rainbow.

Prince Gold Dust, Carly's colt from
2004. We are hoping for a filly this time....

Prince at two weeks.
Prince at 6 months.
Our crazy Abysinnian, Bogie, at left. He is
known officially as Cheetara's Here's Looking At You Kid. I took him to a
cat show for fun and found out that he is a really nice Aby, so nice in fact
that we went back and he won 52 pts toward his Grand Premier title in one
weekend!! We are off to another cat show in Dec to hopefully get the
other 23 pts needed for the title. He is a hoot to live with as you can
see from the below pics....
<----Can I go to the dog show
Mom??? I promise no one will know I'm there!!
There is a spider or something up there and he WILL get it....
